This is a lovely, fully furnished three bedroom/2 bath house close to Oakhurst, owned by a member of the Georgia State faculty. I am looking for a responsible student, couple, or professional to sublet my house. I will be gone, but hope to keep my... belongings/clothes etc. in the home). The home includes hardwood floors, tile baths, queen bed, fully equipped tile kitchen, cable, high speed internet, banquette, washer and dryer, dishwasher, disposal, security system, electronic gate, fully fenced in yard. Rent includes cable, internet, lawn care and garbage pickup. Gas, water and electric to be split between landlord and tenant.
