Sublet for 1 or 2 rooms starting mid-May 2025 available. Nice room(s) available in charming shared house with friendly, clean, respectful roommates who graduated from Emory already. Move in flexible mid-May. Move out flexible (but need to talk to... house owner). Downstairs room $800 + 1/4 utilities which is around $110. Bathroom shared with 1 clean female roommate. Since the dates are flexible the rent is also negotiable.

Upstairs furnished room $785 on the 2nd floor. 1 full bathroom shared with only one other roommate (female). Move-in availability still being worked out so just ask!

New kitchen. Bright common areas with big windows, south facing so excellent sunlight on main floor. Spacious house, has free extra storage for your big things like your luggage, winter coats, golf clubs, bikes. Big front yard + big backyard with Big Green Egg grill available for us. Yard has chestnut and pecan trees and a pear tree that gives us ACTUAL organic chestnuts, pecans, and pears every year. House was built late 1950's. It's cozy, peaceful, harmonious, stress-free living here due to easy-going roommates.

- 0.5 miles (walking distance) from Walmart, Aldis, Starbucks, LA Fitness, Whole Foods 365, Sprouts, Joann's, Home Goods, Chick Fil A, City BBQ, Dunkin Donuts, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, etc.
